I got one of these Fitness Trainer balls, there are lots of people who carry them but anyway I have some nonvisual descriptions that hopefully will help get you started.
It's not professional, it's just me in my garage, and I'm just a guy not a fitness trainer, but if you want to check them out I'll give you the links below. Audioboo makes it be short segments so it does cut off, and I'm not a producer so don't have a studio and that for editing, I just did them with the iPod in the garage. But hope it will help if you are considering one of these things. They're portable, you can do a lot on them, lots more than I do - I just do a overall workout for keeping fit basically, but once you understand how the thing works you can customize.
So after you click the link, you want to find the second button, it has the label 'Play Audio' and you'll want to do that for each if interested.

This is cool. Thanks. I'm always looking for accessible exercise instructions.

I love my fitness ball. I have used them for years in gyms. Sometimes I sit on mine watching tv or at my computer. Its a great way to keep your core in shape while relaxing lol.
